TRAILS of CARDIO TRIUMPH SUNDAY
(1st and 3rd Sunday of each month)
Born to Run Wild??
Trails of Cardio Triumph
is aimed  to boost the fat burn, metabolism and your cardio endurance with a trail run that includes full-body strengthening exercises in-between!!

It will occur the first and third Sunday of each month which means the second and fourth Sunday is BASIC BOOT CAMP SUNDAY!!! with Face Forward Fitness ("FFF").

The scoop:
MEETING:
Fryman Park/Trail
Two Blocks SOUTH of Ventura at Laurel Canyon
(Street Parking along Laurel Canyon-but be sure to READ THE SIGNS - or park at CVS's Lot on Ventura and walk/jog two blocks South... a great warm up!)

TIME: 8:30am- 9:45am

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT...
bring for your own personal use

  1. Small Towel / Water
    (we will have a set up and a place to hold items)

  2. Colored Resistance bands.
    If you do not have a band, I may be able to provide one.

This will be a new class for clients, their friends and family members who essentially want to work on their cardio, increase their muscle mass, lower their body fat and seek overall personal health and fitness.

First 6 to sign up are in/ Need 6 People to conduct Boot Camp so...

How it works: Pay up front for 8 sessions and then every Sunday for two months we meet at either the trails (1st and 3rd Sunday each month) or the park (2nd and 4th Sunday); see below for details.

A
'no-show' means you lose a session. Everyone is confirmed of our meeting or need to cancel (under extenuating circumstances/an advance vacation request) the Friday before the Sunday we are to meet.

In the case of the latter occurring and provided everyone is in agreement about the day off -- we will resume on the next Sunday and pick up where we left off.

BASIC BOOT CAMP SUNDAYS
(2nd and 4th Sunday of each month)

6 is the limit!

Open Air Basic Boot Camp entails a warm up, cardio, and Boot Camp (full body) training. Intense minute by minute interval training with muscle confusion conditioning--. Focusing on Arms, Buttocks, Legs, Back, Posture and Abdominal. Burning fat will be the bonus!!

MEETING: AT Park in front of White Shack on Magnolia
