Experienced Exercisers... looking for a personalized fitness program to be carried out independently your choice would be Package A:

A    A personalized fitness program to be carried out independently without a physical personal trainer's support. You save money off what a personal trainer would charge you and you can get a long-term ( 4 to 5 Months) or short-tem (2  to 3 Months)  fitness program. Your plan would be created and delivered to you after an on-line assessment and follow-up call with a highly certified and experienced personal trainer ...me!

Includes: 2 to 3 month workout program with a customized program and dietary analysis. Trainer support during these months is via email. Newsletter Included: Footnotes on Fitness emailed monthly.
 

Personal Training / Nutrition & Weight Lose.. Los Angeles Residents looking for a personalized fitness program and meal planning  to be carried out with a Personal Trainer, your choice would be Package B:

B    If you live in the Los Angeles area, you will want to explore working with me one on one for the best results and experience in Personal Training. I have worked with many woman and men  with varying experiences with working out and the eating right and they all rave about the weight lose, muscle tone, increased health, and vast knowledge they received while training with Face Forward Fitness.
